We are proud to offer a Hero Discount to honor those who serve our community! All 1st responders (police, firefighters, EMTs), active and retired military, and educators can receive a 10% discount off home inspections. (Must provide a work/military badge or ID to receive discount)
Discounts cannot be stacked or used for mileage fees or add on services.
Senior discount

We understand that many seniors are on a fixed income, which shouldn't come between them and home ownership. We also offer a Senior Discount for those over age 65. (Age must be verified by state ID)
