As Gillette, Wyoming residents since 2015, we have experienced the good and bad with home inspections ourselves. That's why we've become certified home inspectors to serve the community we love and provide honest home inspection services that can be trusted.

Trained & Certified

Though the state of Wyoming requires no training, licensing or certification to be a home inspector, we have gone the extra mile to become certified through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors -- InterNACHI®. We are also certified by Inspection Certification Associates, a national comprehensive training program which follows the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Standards of Practice. As educated professionals, we are dedicated to continuing education and up to date certifications as we continue to expand our services.

Although certification is not required in the state of Wyoming, we believe in going above and beyond. We completed additional training to provide radon testing services in compliance with EPA testing standards, thermal imaging, mold and air quality testing and sewer scope inspections. Continuing education is part of our company's philosophy to provide the best services we can for our community.
